1/160s, f2, ISO 200, 51mm, Normal Program, Pattern, no flash
 
Post-Processing: Increased contrast and resized for entry. Used a +4 close up ring on my 25mm lens. A tripod and a lightbox.       Extra Info: Strelizia Leaf ( common name is Giant Bird of Paradise plant). Taken with back lighting.

Sep 29, 2018		     Lovely detail - nice patterns. Only slight problem is the softness in focus in lower left portion of the image. High in my favs.

Sep 28, 2018		     The areas in sharp focus show the cell-like features beautifully. I find the areas out of focus distracting. Perhaps a tighter crop of only area in focus would work better. Still, in my TT.

Sep 28, 2018		     I love the detail that backlighting gives to leaves. I think the whole image needs to be sharp for this to work well and it is not.

Sep 28, 2018		     Like the simplicity. The white part adds interest but might be better if dark to match lower left.
