I tried more contrast, but lost the good skin tone, so decided on what you see. The environment was full of ropes and other distractions. That is why this photo was a closer composition. They were tired. That is why they don't look thrilled. this was taken after 2 1/2 hours on the rope course. They are watching the next person on the flying fox to the left. This is the platform that landed on after completing that ride. (I don't know why the lens is reading so large in the notes)

Definitely a leap of faith, even with all the safety gear. I would have liked to see a bit of the height, even though it would have diminished the subjects a bit.

Even though you can't see the ground this is obviously up high. Perfect millennium kids giving it a go. It could use a fraction more specific exposure just to lighten the subjects.
In my top picks.

    great shot on theme
echo your thoughts over what they will do in the future
it appears the use of flash has given the picture an overall dullness
maybe a little more contrast?

Cool picture, I wish there was a little more 'pop' to the subjects. To me they just don't stand out enough from the background. Since the BG is not blurred, maybe cropped tighter to them, or maybe just feature one.

Wow! That must be a heavy lens to shoot with.

Good choice for the theme, but everyone staring left makes us want to see what they're looking at. Image also could use more contrast.

This angle is always going to be difficult. You captured their skin tones fantastically, but the background is very busy with spots of clipped highlights all over the place. I feel a wider crop, less zoom would have been better. At this zoom I have no sense of how high this is which is the number 1 reason for all the cables and the adrenaline which should be affecting their emotions. I mean context is important in a photo like this, but at this angle and zoom they could are just some kids on a platform (photographically), which could be 2m from the ground.

I understand the angle but not sure why the platform and not the rope. They don't look thrilled somehow!
