Challenge Rules
| At least ten favorites must be selected before you can record your vote. |
Under the Challenge Rules, Voting section, I think the above statement should be amended to reflect the change in voting permitting the choice of 5 to 10 favourites.

The level of entries seems to be down a little this year but since I have only been around this year do not know how many entries were "repeats" in Best of 2008 and previous. The change in wording for 2009 makes the intention unclear to me whether previously posted elsewhere is o.k. but previously posted here is prohibited.
Maybe others have the same question.
