Post-Processing: LR: mild crop and straighten, +shadows contrast and clarity,
-highlights, convert BW. some dodge and burn on window and beams.
      Extra Info: Priced to sell quickly, Just needs some TLC, new screen installed just last year.

    I like your sense of humour. A little fixer-upper? I think the B&W treatment and the vignette are a good idea, but would have benefited with a bit more brightness to bring out the detail.

    The mosquitos must be gigantic. ;-) Nice composition. A bit of microcontrast would help the textures of the weathered wood to stand out.

    I like the B&W treatment. Perhaps a bit lighter might have given more information about the back wall. In my TT's.

    Great sharpness and tones, variety of textures. Interesting subject.
The vignette feels a little heavy.

    Love the textures and contrasts in the boards.IMO, the screen doesn't add much, but concentrating on just the boards below it or the x-pattern ones to the right could make fascinating images.
