A departure from our normal theme, for a more light-hearted review and exhibition of the past year through our photos. Submit your "best" photo taken in 2008. For this mini challenge the following changes to the normal rules apply:

1. Entry period: photos must be taken between January 1 and December 31 2008 inclusive.
2. Anonymity: normally photos shouldn't be posted elsewhere, but that's fine this time round - just try and avoid entering a photo you've already entered into a Panachallenge this past year!

All other rules as normal. Note the shorter than normal entry period - entries close at the end of Thursday January 8 (midnight GMT).
